SHOULD ONE GET USED TO PHOTOGRAPHING ON FABRIC?
The short answer is yes. It just takes a little getting used to, photographing on fabric. But once you get the hang of it, it’s so wonderful to photograph on.

If you want a very special look, THE FABRIC CAN BE CURLED AND A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOOK IS CREATED IMMEDIATELY. Our backdrops are also easy TO TONE UP AND DOWN IN THE COLORS IN E.G. PHOTOSHOP.

How are Nordic Backdrops created?
The idea behind Nordic Backdrop came about when we needed backdrops for various photography, as well as the desire to make a product that you can continue to have in your photo range.
The ideas for new Nordic Backdrops are often based on images of different locations – and after a strong graphic touch, a new Backdrop is born.
In addition to the Nordic Backdrop being the backdrops for many different expressions, 3 things were in focus when we had to develop our backdrops:
1.
Our backdrops had to be able to withstand being used.
That is why they are printed on 220gr. polyester, which can be both washed and ironed or tear-resistant paper that can be wiped with a damp cloth.
2.
They had to be safe to use – also for children.
That is why our backdrops are printed OEKO-TEX 100 environmentally certified polyester.
3.
…and of course the look of our backdrops should always ooze Nordic deliciousness.

From the beginning, Nordic Backdrop’s foundation has been that it should be easy to take beautiful photos every time.
Our backdrops are made for the photographer, blogger, restaurant and small business that wants to take simple and beautiful portrait and/or product photos.
In our selection of materials for our backdrops, sustainability has been central. The polyester backdrops are made from recycled materials and our tear-resistant paper turns into 96% water when burned.
Our backdrops can also be used again and again – whether you buy a Nordic backdrop in polyester or tear-resistant paper.
easy and simple
Nordic backdrops are both designed to be a fixed background in a photo corner and to take with you on the go. they can be rolled up on the supplied cardboard tube.
The advantage of the polyester backdrops is that they create a beautiful and dynamic backdrops for e.g. portrait photos or photos of larger products and to create environments.
If, on the other hand, you have smaller products, such as dishes in a restaurant, small wooden figurines or jewelry, no-tear paper is the right choice. Even when you focus very close on no-tear paper, it will appear perfectly sharp.
