§1 Prices and payment
payment
nordicbackdrop.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the shop due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at nordicbackdrop.com, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “cart”. You can correct the contents of the cart right up to the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. All prices on nordicbackdrop.com include VAT, any other charges and delivery. Prices excluding VAT appear below the price including VAT when the product is a choice.
When you are ready to order, click on “Cart”, where you enter your name, address, country, e-mail, telephone number, payment method. We deliver free of charge throughout Europe with UPS.
You can change the contents of the shopping basket right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “Go to payment” button. Your order then goes on to nordicbackdrop.com.
The amount for the goods is only deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched. Delivery of several rounds may occur. We reserve the right to price and printing errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a significant and/or obvious error.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The specified delivery time is indicative, and Nordic Backdrop cannot be held responsible for any delays.
§2 Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order.
Please note that a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into when you have received an order confirmation from us.
§3 14 day right of withdrawal
When you shop online, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
In order to maintain the right of withdrawal, you must only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they function.
There is no right of cancellation on some goods, this will be stated when ordering, or you may lose your right of cancellation. Including Design Yourself Backdrops.
If there are signs of use, the right of withdrawal is revoked.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the item. You can choose to return the item and cancel the purchase by sending the return back to us.
§4 Return

When returning, you must ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number. You must pay the costs yourself when returning the item when you cancel it.
IMPORTANT: We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have canceled. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or parcels without delivery.

Refund
When we receive the item, we check it and you will be reimbursed the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.
NOTE
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has deteriorated because you have actually used the item, it has been damaged while you were responsible for it, including if it has not been packaged properly for return shipping and has therefore been scratched or otherwise damaged, you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary for you to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods
you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.
§5 Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must contact us within a "reasonable time"
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.
You can advertise by contacting us via email to support@nordicbackdrop.com – attach 2-3 pictures of the product, as well as a picture of the packaging and shipping label.
Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs for sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you must cover all transport costs yourself, including our freight costs for returning the goods after examination, and we can also charge you a fee, which is calculated per half a working hour started at a rate of DKK 250 + VAT.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information about freight costs and any track and trace number.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Information on appeal possibilities
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in an EU country other than Denmark, where Nordic Backdrop has its head office. Complaints are submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address support@nordicbackdrop.com.
§6 Personal data
In order to shop at nordicbackdrop.com, you must provide at least:

The above data will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information will be deleted.
If you have created a login to enable self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Act on the Processing of Personal Data and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to Nordic Backdrop ApS via e-mail support @nordicbackdrop.com
§7 Cookies
By using nordicbackdrop.com, you accept that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we put on your computer in order to keep track of what happens during your visit and to be able to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.

Nordic Backdrop ApS generally does not refund VAT on purchases on nordicbackdrop.com.
If you have a CVR number from an EU country other than Denmark, you can enter it at check out and the VAT will be deducted automatically.
§10 Disclaimer and disclaimer
On accessories such as tripod, Nordic Backdrop cannot be held liable for defects due to unnatural use, including if it is unfolded with the use of force.
Nordic Backdrop reserves the right for any fee changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes, machine breakdowns and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers.
