RETURN OF GOODS
When you return the item(s), you are responsible for ensuring that they have been packed properly.
When you send the item(s), it is therefore a good idea to provide documentation to show that they have been dispatched, as you, the buyer, are responsible for them until they have been returned to us.
Please note that we do not accept packages COD or packages marked for collection.
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the item(s) which is due to handling beyond what is needed to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
In other words, you can try out the item in the same way as is possible in a physical shop, but you must not take it into actual use. If the item has been tried out beyond what is described above, it will be deemed to have been used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will at most part get of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this could reduce the value of the item.
RETURN COSTS
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail.
This applies to large backgrounds, for example.
The cost of returning these items is not expected to exceed DKK 79.00 incl. VAT with UPS. The costs are payable in full by you.
CLAIMS
Pursuant to the Purchase Act, a right of complaint is granted for 24 months on all goods.
The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about errors and defects in the product that may have occurred up to 24 months after the purchase. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or get a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a prerequisite that defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear or other damage-causing behavior that has led to the defect.
You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect.
If you make a complaint within 2 months after you have identified the defect, it is considered timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with the return of goods when the complaint is justified (the goods are defective).
In the event of complaints, errors and omissions, you can contact us via email at support@nordicbackdrop.com. In connection with the complaint, please state the background for your complaint and thus what the problem with the product is. In addition, please state your order or invoice number.
